NAWO/YWA
I had an amazing, life-changing experience at CSW. It gave me the opportunity to talk to experts on issues I care about, and hear about experiences first-hand from people across the world – this made me really expand my world-view and really changed my outlook on modern issues. Being at CSW also enabled me to make great contacts and spread the information and experiences I had with others. I was also given the opportunity to speak at two events which challenged me to improve both my public speaking and research skills – I feel much more confident when speaking in public and speaking to people I have never met after attending CSW. I would like to massively thank the National Alliance of Women’s Organisations (NAWO) for accrediting me so I could attend the CSW, and both NAWO and the European Women’s Lobby for graciously allowing me to speak at their events.
