The Management Development Programme (MDP) of 10 courses that we created for OBS is currently being rolled out in Egypt, India, Brazil, US and Europe.
Serene Communications was commissioned to create and deliver train the trainer session for OBS trainers from North and South America, Asia Pacific and Eastern Europe in order for the MDP to be deployed in these regions in addition to existing implementation.
Serene trainers deliver the MDP across Europe.
Additional courses have been tailor made for specialist departments such as sales support.
A coaching course for sales personnel has been created and is to be rolled out for the sales force globally.
A follow-up seminar has been created to enable those who have participated in any training courses to implement what they have learned on the course and develop an action planning peer mentoring programme that is locally sustainable.
